The Problem
We, the founders of HowFrameworks, have been studying Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for a couple of decades and have identified a few core barriers to their growth: a lack of clarity about how things work in business, lack of self-belief, self-confidence, and self-discipline, and an unclear purpose compounded by risk aversion and uncertainty about the future.
The Solution
At HowFrameworks, we envision a future where these challenges are reframed as opportunities for transformation, where SME owners are not just entrepreneurs but catalysts for societal prosperity. Our dedication lies in providing them with the necessary support systems and tools as we aim to catalyse exponential growth in their businesses.

Twenty years ago, we began this journey of transformation through TLC, a community initiative supporting over 1,000 SMEs in Maharashtra at no cost. HowFrameworks is the next step in this mission, aimed at empowering SMEs worldwide to break through their limitations and soar to new heights of success and fulfilment.
We are not just building a platform; we are nurturing a movement. A movement in which SMEs are no longer constrained by what they believe is possible but driven by the boundless potential of what they can truly achieve.
About Us
Rajendra Bagwe
I am the founder of the Teaching and Learning Community (TLC), where more than 1000 SME owners from Maharashtra help each other learn, grow, and succeed in their entrepreneurial journey. I have been nurturing this community for the last two decades and have seen many entrepreneurs grow multifold through learning the basic principles of business management. I am a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI and Harvard Alumni of Entrepreneurial Studies. I also co-founded (1982) Reliable Autotech, an auto-ancillary and defence supplies organisation having manufacturing facilities in India and abroad.
Sudhir Sarnobat
I am an entrepreneur and have previously co-founded Medimanage, a boutique health and life Insurance brokerage company. After growing the company to an insured population of more than 500,000 lives from marquee customers, I successfully exited it in 2018. I, too, am a Mechanical Engineer from VJTI, and prior to founding Medimanage, I worked with Blue Star Limited for 7 years. Since the last 11 years, I have been part of Ascent Foundation, a Peer Learning Community of more than 1000 entrepreneurs across India, and currently, I am a member of its Governing Council.
